Wow! 62 degrees in Iowa this afternoon. I took the Silver Bullet for a 60 mile ride today. Drove to some little towns with names like West Chester, Keota,Wellman, and Kalona (Amish country). As I drove down the highway among the corn and bean fields still somewhat covered with snow I was amazed how fresh the air smelled and it made me appreciate mother nature at her best. As I arrived back in Washington tucked in behind my Givi screen with my winter coat and gloves rocking to some oldies but goldies I thought Heh, it really doesn't get any better than that and it isn't even spring yet.

Having graduated from City High in Iowa City, and purchasing my first new ride (a '69 Suzuki 120cc 'Cat') in C.R., I know the area well. Lovely roads - but mostly straight, and flat. A lot of the roads around the Coralville Reservoir area are twisty and hilly (somewhat) though. Perfect for a SuperBurger. 8)
