Trying to get an idea.
My last guy was a rip off artist and have not needed tires since.
Can't get hold of my new guy ( off racing somewhere )
Just some guidance useful thanks.

For me it's just the cost of the tire and having it balanced, I do my own mounting and taking it on/off the bike. Its a bit cheaper just bringing it in to a shop off the bike.

I also pull the wheel off myself but I don't do the tire change. I take it to my local dealer and have them mount and balance the tire. They are a bit high but are the most convenient place for me to take it and they have a computer spin balance machine so I always get a good balance job. It runs me $32 for the mount & balance, new valve stem, disposal fee for the old tire and taxes. It would run me about twice that if I took it in and had them pull the wheel off the bike.

two dealers here
1. $30 dollars each if you buy from them (prices are generally a little high 20-30 dollars than dealer 2)
2. $60 dollars each if you buy from them

This is wheel on bike
