I have a 2012 Executive but am looking at a new (preowned) GIVI windshield that the owner indicates will fit '03 to '12.
Have there been changes in the mountings on the Executives or are they all the same across all the years?

As far as I know the mounting on the Executive has stayed the same from when it was introduced in 2006 to 2012. However if he says this one fits 2003 to 2012 that would imply it is for the standard 650 not the Executive. The only real difference between the two as far as fitment is concerned is the location the lower mounting holes are drilled in the windshield and the shape of the black applique applied to the windshield to hide the mount behind it.

I don't know about the GIVI windshield but some of the early Clearview windshields were drilled to fit either mount. The Clearview windshield I have on my 2007 Executive is one that I also had mounted on my 2005 standard 650. It already had the holes drilled to fit either mount. The only problem is that the black applique does not exactly hide all the Executive mounting bracket.

If this screen is drilled for both the standard and Executive mount then it should work. If not all you would have to do to be able to mount it is drill new lower mounting holes to fit the spacing for the Executive mount.

I'm not sure you could use a standard Givi on an Exec because of the downturned shape at the base might not allow the windscreen to be adjusted.

If GIVI uses a different shape for the Exec than the standard then that could be a problem. The OEM and Clearview windshields for the standard and the Exec are the same shape. I've not physically seen a GIVI windscreen mounted on an Exec so can't say for sure.

I have a givi on mine. There is a difference between the windshield fit for the exec with adjustable height and the one without. Found that out the hard way When i bought mine. Got the wrong one for my exec the first time. Didn't fit, had to return it and order the other one.
