Sorry to disappoint but it ain't an amphib.

It (Voyager) is one of Royce Creasey's design creations. True 'Feet Forward with a car like seat and excellent aerodynamics. There are I believe five examples of this design running around.

Yeah, but it should be. When you get hot from riding around all day, just zip into the nearest lake and cruise around like a wave runner. Would also make for shorter commutes when one has to go around a lake.
