I was looking over specs for an old Kymco & while cruising through the repair manual happened on this.
Just thought it seemed like an obvious thing in retrospect, & kinda chuckle that Kymco does (or at least used to do) this, & I haven't seen it on any of the bigger named bikes.

Just HAS to be written in Chinglish!
It's a Taiwanese marque actually so likely from Mandarin, but actually not as bad as many.
Their English is a lot better than my Mandarin.

Then I was at Community collage there were two Polish students in the Automotive Tech class. They were the brunt of many mean Polish jokes.

So one day as we all were sitting in the class room I asked both of these Polish guys if they spoke English good enough to work in the trades. They said in English, YES. I then asked the few A$$HATS if they spoke any Polish. Their answer was NO. So I said to them, "How's it feel to be DUMBER than a Pollock?"

Well thought out.
I think they mean, "Lock Nut".....like a adjuster nut on a clutch cable or throttle.
