Wayne,
I saw that you had added vinyl to the passenger side of your trunk. What did you use as an adhesive? If I want to do the same, what type of vinyl did you use and where might I find it in the states? Many thanks!

PS Did you make the backrests on your bike?

The vinyl is same as I put on Console, you can get it at upholstry shop, or fabric shop. I used spray adhesive you get at hard ware store. It is not an easy job to get right, used hot glue first time, and showed through, so took it off and did it again. Back rest I had it here, dont know where it came from, and had it recovered . Got the trunk in the mail yesterday. It was like Christmas - console and trunk the same day.

Funny thing about the trunk. Sounds like hardware, etc. is inside the trunk - locked. I don't have a key to get in. Strange! Guess I'll have to take up lock picking as a hobby. Haven't figured that one out yet.

My hardware was not in trunk. Check to see none of tail lights are broken, One of mine was, he is sending a replacement. Have fun putting trunk on and hooking up wires, just takes time. What are you using for a plate, I will put some photos of my plate , spacers and bolts. I like the way the tail lights work on wing
