..... i lost it. Part #16

I'm sorry to ask things that are already answered, but i can't find the topics. Searching the forum for "tail plastic" returns all the results for "tail" and "plastic".... I had a bunch of "followed" topics that were the ones i thought were very useful but they're gone in the new forum migrations (my "follows", not the real topics), so i'm asking:

Anyway, i lost that rubber thing that goes in the lower tail shield and makes grip against the upper tab that goes there. I remember someone that took good images of that, and how he fixed that with cable ties. Can someone point me to that post?
