What's critical - what's not?
Not doing it myself.

Fluids all around are for sure but have some reservations about replacing the plugs as the bike has generally running very well and gets regular high speed runs.
So given the cost of a couple hours from the mechanic and no signs of plug issues should I bother??

2009 Exec- was likely bought in 2010. Has had fluids and tires.
Fluids are due.
Mechanic will go over the bike in general - tighten stuff.

The machine is so reliable I generally seem to forget about maintenance

I'm with you doc, if it's running good/great why mess with it. Fluids and filters are a must but the rest can wait. Just MHO.

Same here do the fluids, inspect/tighten. My F.I.L.'s 03 and my 06 still have the OEM plugs and purring like kittens, if it ain't broke don't fix it. ;)

BTW: If you have not replaced the OEM bearings on previous tire changes , then you might want to consider replacing them with the double sealed type on your next tire change while the rims are already off.
