Moonstone grey, with a brand new Cary Vincent seat in two tone light and dark grey , has the Izuzu backrest, seat has a fitted rain cover.

Bike is always garaged, on a battery tender.

Senior owned and freshly dealer serviced , I keep my stuff clean and ready at all times :thumbright:

Mileage is currently 4300, (may go up a little if I feel well enough to ride until sold)

Bike is "like new", a solid 9.8 out of 10 , never down , no scratches, no disappointments :D

$7600.00 I can e mail pictures to serious buyer.

What's the deal here folks , so far at least 40 suspects have looked at my advertisement , not one encouraging comment or offer

I thought this was the hot forum to sell a sweet, almost new Burgman at a very reasonable price , so I don't get killed on depreciation and you get a great deal

Do you have some pictures to post? I bet that would stir some interest.

I noticed it is not on craigslist, that would be my first post.

You're on a Burgman forum, that may be good if someone is looking to upgrade. And you are being a good Burgman friend offering it here first. That said, Cary is right you need to post some pictures and post it on craigslist. Most people on this forum already have a Burgman and that is why they are here. I would put it on craigslist with pictures and post a link to it here in this post. And hey you just put it up for sale so having 40 people looking and no one has said you're asking too much for it so thats a good start. Perhaps one of the 40 people that have looked at it may tell a friend who is looking for a 650. Good luck and hang in there it will sell it sounds like a good scooter, you just have to be patient.:book:

I have pictures but cannot seem to get them to post on any of the forums either ??

Doug,

If you get the pictures and give me an ad description, I will post them on here and craigslist for you. I would remove the isuzu headrest and replace it with the buttpad for the pictures.

I'm about like you when it comes to posting pictures and posting on craigslist. But hey I'm good at telling others what to do.:p Talk is cheap (like me) at least Bakeisback actually offered to really help you.

Since i am not getting anywhere trying to sell at a reasonable price, I will consider a trade of equal value.

I am interested particularly in a domestic pick up truck, Ford, GM, or Dodge .

Not interested in some rust bucket , or any Jap crap

I think a better ad includes photos, not just a promise to send them. I always ogle the Classifieds and area craigslists hoping to see another pretty bike. I don't buy many of them, of course. I can't.

Furthermore, I don't think there is nor ever will be a "hot forum" to sell a $7K used bike. There's just not that many people around who have that kind of money and want to spend it on a bike. You might have to take a greater loss and dump it at a dealer. Or, keep it, and take the loss anyway as the value goes down over time whether being used or not.

If you want some sysadmin work done, including mail or DNS servers, maybe we could make a deal. ;) It's a longshot, I know, but can't hurt to ask. :)

Good luck.

I also think your suffering a bit with the Suzuki interest free and deals out there on brand new 2012 650's (perceived or real) - Just tough right now - good luck, no good to me in California either too low mileage, but nice bike.

Is the bike still for sale?
As far as I know, his bike is still for sale. He has one of my seats on it. I will say it is in showroom condition. If I had not just bought one, I would be seriously considering it. At this price, it is a steal.
