I am looking at a 2007 400, at 75 mph what rpm is it showing ? Is it capable to do this or more 2up? Thanks

Had no problem with mine doing that. RPM's will depend if you have stock rollers or DP sliders.

My bike is stock, but a 2008 so I think their are some differences. Mine shows 7800 @ 75mph (which is 84mph on the speedo). About 80 real speed is running you to the redline but it will do it all day as I understand it. It's also excellent for pulling two people. Has good passing power even 2up above 7000rpm's.

On a completely stock 400, actual 90-93 is possible. It prefers 88 or so max sustained. With the smaller tires, it gets a bit squirrelly going faster.

A bigger screen and passenger will slow it down a few mph. But it has power almost all the way to red line (8500).

Actual 75 sustained with passenger should not be a problem.

At a indicated 75 mph, RPMS will be just over 4 grand on a 650. ;)
