yes ! WHERE can I get a copy of a 2003 burger 400 OWNERS MANUAL ?
I am assuming this tells how to "check your fluids" and change your spark plug.
AND location of the fuse box. I sure hope so, because I love this scooter and don't want to be
SURGICALLY attached to the local dealer. ($100 an hour labor, EXCUSE ME?) :lol:

The actual Owners manual is very vague and spends more time on how to operate it then maintaining it.
The service manual is much more productive and helpful.
The only thing I have used the owners manual for is to remind me how to set the clock twice a year (dam daylight savings time).
