I've noticed on the 08 400 that you can't close the glove box if you have a standard (not the smaller usb adapters) size plug plugged into the charger outlet. What have some of you done to remedy this and are there any smaller adapters out there so I can charge my TomTom without having my glove box open?

Try something like this (but always best to eyeball to be sure it is a 'short plug')
