Thanks to everyone who has had a problem with the rotor braking and showing how to fix.
Last evening coming home doing somewhere around 80-85 , looked down a few seconds later and showing 0 MPH ,, Crap now what. had just put a new tires on about 1000 miles ago. Got on line , did a search on the forum and found several fixes . Checked didn't have any super glue, this morning rode down to a Family Dollar , picked up some Super glue .
Came home took off the front wheel ,yep rotor broken. Cleaned everything, applied the glue . left it set about 10 min reinstalled.
Spun the wheel by hand yep , 8-10 mph. OK working again.

Was going to order a new rotor, holding off seeing if this holds. From what I've read it should be fine for several miles.

Again THANKS for the info. :)

Just make sure that you grease it good.
A number of riders have suffered from
broken speedo rotors due to dried grease.
Others have broken due to high-pressure
washing, that has washed out the grease.

It's a good idea to pull the rotor out, clean and regrease it at least every tire change. I do mine more often than that.

Interesting, I will keep an eye out for that on mine. I always regrease everything when replacing the tires, well everything except the brakes.
