I'm on the short side and I do like to flat foot my rides. There is only one maxi scooter with the seat height below 30 inches. The Burgman 400. There is also the BMW 400 but it has no storage and no windshield and no leg stretch. Being a 350 cc it has the performance in excess of the Burgman 400.
