This is the identical moped I owned brand new in 1978. It's a 1978 Garelli Gran Sport LTD. The rest of my moped collection can be seen behind my Garelli.

Got a whistling noise when riding your 650 Burgy? Plug up the air hole below the windscreen with some foam pipe insulation and the whistling noise will be gone.
