The upper tail panel is now back in place after drilling. Check and make sure the spacers align properly with the holes in the frame and ensure that the bolts will thread properly. You will then apply the sticky foam grommets around the spacers. This is to somewhat seal the upper panel and take up any slop from the oversize holes.
